Most patients feel meaningful improvement within their first 2 to 4 visits. A typical plan of care runs 6 to 12 visits depending on the issue, but we'll give you an honest timeline at your first visit, and we don't keep patients coming back longer than they need to.
Most patients who've had bad PT experiences had short, rushed visits with rotating therapists. We do it differently: one-on-one with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit, full appointment lengths, and treatment focused on the cause of your pain instead of generic exercise sheets.
Yes. The Doctor of Physical Therapy who evaluates you on day one is the same person who treats you through your full plan of care.
Your first visit takes about 60 minutes. We verify your insurance benefits before you arrive. You'll meet one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who will listen to your story, examine the area, and identify the cause of the problem. We'll explain what we found and what your treatment plan looks like, then start treatment that same visit. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any medications. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
We'll walk you through your options, including affordable cash-pay rates and payment plans. Most patients are surprised by how affordable it ends up being.
