"My first visit was fantastic. Office staff was friendly. The facility is large and kept in immaculate condition. Dave is amazing. The intake was thorough and thoughtful. He listened to my concerns. A great plan of action was made. I left my first visit with some pain relief and a surprisingly better range of motion. "APR is a fantastic place to go for physical therapy! The quality of care is excellent! The physical therapists listen carefully to your concerns, and work hard to address your issues. They explain everything so that you understand your treatment and work with you as a partner to achieve the very best outcome. Their clinical expertise is superb. The facility is always clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. Every team member is friendly and helpful, starting at the front desk and including all of the therapists. I have recommended APR to family and friends and they have all had positive experiences. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my care."

"APR was the perfect place to get my back, back in shape for a Spartan Race. I got a herniated disc while training for my first Spartan Race. I was told by a specialist that I would never be able to do a Spartan Race, and that I might need surgery. I refuse to accept that. I went to APR because I wanted Sports Performance physical therapy—no drugs, no surgery, just dedicated training and recovery like it should be. There I met Dave and his team. They were all great, friendly, and knew exactly how to treat my injury the way it needed to be. He put me on a regimen of CBD oil, deep tissue massage, and core strength training (primarily with a Trapbar/Hexbar). It was the perfect cocktail of treatment that got me back in the game in less than two months! I was so sold on core strength training that I bought my own Trapbar and Olympic weights and ratcheted up my own training. Not only did I do my Spartan Race that year, but I've done Spartans and other OCR brands now for years since—some of these races lasting 10 grueling hours or more! And I'm just getting started! Thanks Dave, et al! You knew exactly how to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat for me!!!"

"Tyler began by putting moist heat on my shoulder, working on recovering mobility in right rotator cuff. We walked through each of my exercises I do at home on alternate days. Tyler put in some corrections, reinforced movements that are on target. I find it helpful to work with a PT to make sure I am doing the exercises to get the maximum benefit and regain mobility. The combination of therapy, checking exercises, and individual attention supports my recovery."

"David at APR is fantastic!! My 9 year old daughter loves to figure skate. She skates competitively but has also grown 4.5 inches tall n the past 5 months. Back in July her knees flared up so bad she had to take a month off from skating. We went to the local PT place located within our rink facility for 3-4 months 2 times a week. No progress, we were rigorous with the at home PT exercises every day. We did everything we were told. Her knees kept flaring up. 2 weeks before her final qualifier comp her knees got to a point where I thought we’d have to withdraw again. Her pt wasn’t in the office that week when we really needed someone. I was desperate. I had been told by other high caliber figure skating parents about David at APR so I gave them a call. David and the front desk (whole staff) was very responsive, friendly, got us right in! I kid you not David did more for my daughter in 1 visit then her previous pt had done in 3-4 months! My daughter competed the qualifier and skated the best she had ever skated before! She gained her personal best score. We would not have been able to get there without David’s help. Skaters have all told me “David is magic!” He truly is!! He knows what he’s doing. He gets his craft. He produces results and cares about his patients. Thank you David and APR for taking such great care of my daughter! Highly recommend!!"

"My daughter did PT at APR for over 6 mos. All the therapists (especially Dave and Rachel) she worked with were very knowledgeable of her injury, healing process, and how to get her stronger for her return to activities. Their office and workspace is meticulously clean. The staff is friendly and also very helpful with figuring out insurance coverage. I'm sure our family will have future injuries and I wouldn't hesitate to return to APR for therapy."

"I was recommended to go to physical therapy to address lateral epicondylitis and a degenerative meniscal tear. My goal was to find a facility that would not only help with my pain but also get me back to my fitness routines. I selected Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation because in addition to the therapy tables and chairs, the floor plan is designed like a gym, equipped with exercise equipment. I made the right decision. I have been going to the facility for 3 weeks now. David, Rachel, and Tyler are professionals. They listen to your needs and concerns and work with you to achieve your goals. They take the time to explain the "why" and "how" each of the exercises and routines will help you. The staff are wonderful too. They are always attentive, greeting you with a smile. They accept insurance and flex spending and the transactions were seamless."

"I have been a physical therapist for 23 years with an extensive orthopedic background. When both of my boys got hurt in their respective sports I knew that I was sending them to Dave, as you really should not treat immediate family. There is no other clinic or therapist I would have them see. I have sent several athletes to Dave and with his expert knowledge and clinical expertise he has helped everyone I have sent to him get back to their respective sports. Despite my tendency ruin all the great work they have done on me on the weekends...they patch me back up, and I always feel better leaving than I do coming in. "I had plantar fascitis on my foot. After receiving 2 cortisone injections with no improvement from an orthopedic Dr., I decided to see if Physical Therapy would help, before I underwent surgery. David worked on me for a couple of months and I am happy to say that I have no pain in my heel. APR therapists are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and treat you with compassion. The facility is spotless and sanitized."

"I completed an approximately 12-week physical therapy program last month with Mike. I was also instructed at times by both Dave and Joey. Each of the trainers were knowledgeable about my diagnosis and the necessary treatment for my recovery. I was able to successfully recover after my training sessions and built strength and skills to protect my body in the future. This was all thanks to the trainers/therapists at APH. The facility is sanitized multiple times daily and the staff have made sure that all COVID-19 protocols are met and adhered to. I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone looking for physical therapy."

"After coming from Joint Ventures downtown, I was concerned suburban options wouldnt meet my expectations of care quality or have competitive facilities. "I had problems with my shoulder that wouldn't seem to go away. My trainer recommended APR and I'm glad he did. Jessica was friendly and welcoming from the start and David is a great physical therapist. He worked with me to make sure that I was getting the best medical care beyond PT. Working with Joey was also wonderful because he taught me more about how the muscles and joints work together and what is needed to make them strong again. Their humor and support of all their patients made it a positive healing experience. I highly recommend them!"

"APR (Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation) Physical Therapy is the best, the most effective physical therapy I've experienced. Why? (a) Their therapy considers the client/patient as a whole body, not as the injured body part. They take into account the body parts are connected and affect each other, not completely separate entities. This makes their therapy effective by getting to the root of the problem, not targeting solely the symptoms. (b) Their staff are friendly also professional. (c) The space is comfortable, welcoming, and very clean. There's even a shower if you worked up a sweaty mess and need to clean up. I've had physical therapy at 4 different places including APR Physical Therapy over my lifetime for various reasons (shoulder, knee, foot). I would definitely return to APR for future; no need to try other physical therapists. Both David and Joey are outstanding physical therapists. "I called around a few places prior to choosing APR for my PT as I was recovering from a broken ankle. Dave and Joey, who both participated in my therapy, are just terrific. I can't say enough about them. They really cared about my progress, and they helped me have a positive outlook since they've seen many others with similar injuries. So when I was discouraged, the experiences they shared made me feel that my limitations were normal for where I was in my recovery and that I'd be able to do everything I was able to do before the injury. They are very knowledgeable and I felt confident that they were handling my PT in an optimal way. I had exercises to do at home, and lots of tips and good advice. Love these guys! (They also know their way around a foot rub. Just sayin'.) Jessica, who handles the appointments, is also wonderful. Professional and caring."

"I'm a 32 year old and I ruptured my left Achilles tendon 3 months ago playing basketball. I had surgery within 3 days of the rupture. 6 weeks after surgery I have started physical therapy. My first choice was to go to Physical Therapy in Norwood but the next available appointment was available in one week. I was inpatient and wanted to start therapy right away. I have called few places and only Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation, took me in the same day. I am very thankful that they did. Facility: Great facility, brand new, a lot of different types of equipment to accommodate different types of injuries. Staff: David and Jessica are very friendly, professional, supportive and always on time. They go above and beyond to get you back on your feet. My therapist Dave is extremely knowledgeable and loves what he does. After six weeks of therapy I was able to return back to work at sea.
